CEO

Odessa Primus is the CEO and Co-Founder of GARI Enterprise s.r.o., a deep-tech company developing a proprietary system for modelling and predicting global processes, including commodity prices, energy systems, and geopolitical dynamics.

GARI Enterprise was commercialised from the Global Arena Research Institute, where the core simulation architecture was developed over several years and is now deployed as a decision-making tool for industrial and financial clients.

Her work at GARI focuses on translating complex, interconnected global systems into usable forward intelligence—enabling companies to navigate volatility, anticipate structural shifts, and make better-timed decisions across procurement, strategy, and risk.

Alongside her role at GARI, Odessa has a background in behavioural science and non-verbal communication, which informs her approach to decision-making, communication, and strategic positioning in high-stakes environments.

She holds a degree in Global Politics and International Relations from Birkbeck, University of London.

In May 2023, Odessa Primus, the Executive Director, delivered a presentation at the CEE Sustainable Finance Summit in Prague. The topic of her presentation was how to use a digital twin of the world to understand, predict and design globalisation.

Volunteer/refugee crisis

Additionally Odessa Volunteered in Greece and Lebanon from 2015 to 2017 and raised funds to support refugees.

Odessa joined the accelerator 10toGo by GARI's International Advisory Board Member Patrick van der Smagt, Director of AI for Volkswagen Group, in collaboration with Microsoft. Odessa, on behalf of the Global Arena Research Institute as an SDG expert providing data and machine learning-led analysis.
